Performer's Discount: £30 for a 60 minute sports massage. You must be able to prove eligibility. For professional dancers, actors and musicians and full-time students of dance, drama and music. Appointments only on week days between 11am and 5pm. More info here.
Hire the Bump Bag bean bag to use at home during your pregnancy. It can even be used in the early stages of labour. I have two spare Bump Bags for hire at £10 per week (plus a refundable £40 deposit), paid in advance. You must collect and return the bean bag. Please call or email if you'd like to hire one.
Please don't book a massage if you have a cold or feel like you're coming down with one as it may make you feel worse. If you already have a massage booked in, please call me to cancel (there's no cancellation charge if you're unwell).
I have had the flu injection for this year. It's important for me to have this as I have so many pregnant clients.

I don't do a "set" massage routine for every client. You get a tailored massage that concentrates on your problem areas, which for most people is the back, neck and shoulders.
