Welcome to Bodywork Studio. By booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments

Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your experience.

Late arrivals may shorten your treatment to avoid delays for the next client.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

A £35 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your Sunday experience.

Full refund or deposit transfer with 24+ hrs notice.

Deposit is retained for:

Cancellations with less than 24-hrs notice

Missed appointments / no-shows

If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please call as soon as possible to let us know.
3. Payments

A £40 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is payable after your treatment.

We accept cards and digital payments only.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until their expiry date.
4. Liability & Privacy

A consultation form must be completed at the studio prior to each bodywork treatment.

All personal and health information is kept confidential and used only for professional purposes.
