Warm and cool hydrotherapy applications are incorporated throughout to complement the lymphatic and sculpting techniques.

Light, rhythmical and deliberately gentle. This specialised bodywork supports the natural movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to ease congestion, heaviness and puffiness while encouraging a sense of lightness. Treatments may be complemented with carefully selected hot, warm or cold hydrotherapy applications according to the needs of the body.
