Pregnancy Massage using the Bump Bag

You will be able to lie face down, with your bump supported by the specially designed Bump Bag, a bean bag with a hole in the middle, shaped to fit around and provide support for your body. Lying in this way relieves pressure on your back and enables your entire back to be massaged, without you having to change position. My pregnant clients report that regular massage, along with an activity, such as swimming, has helped enable them to remain more active during late pregnancy.

Appointments for pregnancy massage can be 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.



The 90 Minute Pampering Destresser

This is a 90 minute massage, tailored to suit you and help you relieve stress. You can pick different massages and have them combined into a 90 minute massage. Examples include: deep tissue for relieving tight muscles in the back and shoulders; Ayurvedic foot massage and the "natural facelift" massage.

Deep tissue massage

This is the most frequently booked massage. Deep tissue massage helps release tension in the muscles, improve circulation and allows better movement of the joints. If you haven't had a massage for some time, it may be best to book an hour to start with and then follow up with shorter appointments.


Back, neck and shoulder massage

This massage helps to ease tight muscles in the back, neck and shoulders. It can help to regain some of the flexibility you temporarily lose when sitting at a desk for long periods. I recommend taking a pilates or yoga class, to help improve your flexibility, along with occasional massage.


Full body holistic massage

A relaxing massage that can be tailored to suit you by including deep tissue where you need it, face massage or foot massage.

Sports and remedial massage

Sports massage targets muscle groups used in a particular sport and helps to keep muscles and joints healthy and flexible. It can also help speed up the healing process and relieve pain after injury.

The "natural facelift" massage

A light massage of the face using a nourishing organic oil. This massage helps smooth fine lines and increases circulation in the skin. Can be incorporated into a full body massage or booked on its own.

Ayurvedic foot massage


A very relaxing massage of the lower legs and feet that helps improve circulation and reduces swelling. Can be incorporated into a full body massage or can be booked on its own.
