Discounted
deep tissue or sports massage: £30 for 60 minutes
This discount is available to professional dancers, actors and musicians, as well as full time dance, music or drama students.
The discount is available week days only before 6pm. Please book your appointment online.
If you have an injury and have not received any treatment for it yet, please call or email before booking, as I may suggest seeing a physiotherapist or an osteopath instead of having massage. My mobile number is 07827 975 440.
Regular sports or deep tissue massage may help keep your soft tissue, muscles and joints supple and flexible and help prevent injury. If you have a pre-existing injury, sports massage can help to regain flexibility and help with pain relief.
Massage can be especially useful before a performance, to help relieve anxiety and fatigue.
Do you qualify?
For students:
If you are a full time student of dance, drama or music, you DO qualify for the discount.
If you have a day job unrelated to dance, drama or music and attend dance, drama or music classes after work, you DO NOT qualify for the discount.
For actors, dancers and musicians:
If being a dancer, actor or musician is your main source of income and your main job, you DO qualify for the discount. (Temporary work to bring in much needed income in between your professional jobs does not make a difference to your eligibility.)
If you have a permanent day job that brings in a regular salary, you DO NOT qualify for the discount.
Proof may be required, such as membership to Equity, etc.
Receipts: For professional performers, sports and remedial massage is usually tax deductible and a receipt will be issued when you pay for your massage.
When can you book: This discount is for daytime appointments Tuesday to Friday, with the last appointment time being 5pm.
