Appointments are best booked a few days in advance, especially for Wednesday, evening and weekend appointments.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me 24 hours notice, so that I can offer the time to someone else.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call me on 07827 975 440 to let me know. If I don't have a client straight after you, I may still be able to give you your full appointment time.

If you arrive early for your appointment, please note that I do not have a reception area. If I have a client with me, I may ask you to wait in the foyer downstairs, where there are a few chairs. Please do not bring a friend to your appointment, as I do not allow more than one person at a time in the therapy room.

If you book an appointment for a 60 minute massage and decide at your appointment to shorten it to a 45 or 30 minute massage, you will be charged for the full 60 minutes. This is because I could have offered the time to another client.

Appointments are available:

Tuesday to Friday: 11am to 9pm
Saturday: 11am to 6pm
Sunday: 2pm to 6pm
Monday: Closed

The Bodywork Studio is located on the third floor of the City North centre, on Fonthill Road. There is a small lift, in case you have trouble with stairs. There are a few stairs in the entrance, leading up to the lift.

City North is a large business centre, located right next to Finsbury Park station, off Wells Terrace. There are good transport links to Finsbury Park, either by bus, tube (Piccadilly and Victoria lines) or by train.

Directions

From Finsbury Park station (less than 5 minutes): Take the Wells Terrace exit and turn left out of the station. Follow the brightly painted mural on the wall. City North is behind this wall, although the entrance for my building is a bit further down the road. Turn left at the end of Wells Terrace and walk past the main entrance to the car park and continue past some shops. Take the first left (Goodwin Street N.) and continue to the end of the road. You'll see another entrance to City North, next to a shop called Novomoda. There's a big orange and gray J5 above the door. Use the intercom to contact me and then take the lift to the 3rd floor, where I will meet you.

From the front of Finsbury Park Station (outside Arsenal shop) or from Seven Sisters Road (5 minutes walk): Walk to the corner where the Arsenal shop meets Seven Sisters Road and turn right. Walk under the bridges, past clothes shop called French Mark. Pass side entrance to the tube and more shops. When you get to the next corner, you'll see a shop on your right called David French. Turn right and you'll be on Fonthill Road. Walk up Fonthill Road (past more clothes shops) and turn right into Goodwin Street N. You'll see a building at the end of this little road with an orange and gray J5 over the door. It's next to Novomoda shop. Use the intercom to contact me and then take the lift to the 3rd floor, where I will meet you.

Fonthill Road used to be a famous garment district and there are still many clothes shops, selling evening wear and wedding dresses.
